This Legal Notice (Aviso Legal) governs access to, browsing, and use of this website (the “Website”), norsta.consulting, operated under the trade name Norsta Consulting.

2. Users

3. Use of the Website

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to the content of this Website and its graphic design are the exclusive property of the OWNER, or of a third party who has authorized their use, and the OWNER holds the exclusive right to exploit them.

Accordingly, and pursuant to Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of April 12 (approving the Consolidated Text of the Spanish Intellectual Property Law), Law 17/2001 of December 7 on Trademarks, and complementary legislation on intellectual and industrial property, the reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, distribution, public communication (including making available), or any other exploitation and/or modification, in whole or in part, of any content included on the Website, without prior express authorization from the OWNER, is prohibited.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their choice, and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the User's domicile for the resolution of any disputes.

If such disputes relate to electronic transactions with consumers, or to data protection matters connected to this area, claims will be resolved by the Confianza Online Mediation Committee, accredited for alternative dispute resolution in consumer matters. If claims relate to digital advertising, or to data protection matters connected to this area, they will be submitted to the AUTOCONTROL Advertising Jury.
